Welcome to Mitzvah Maintenance! My journey into the
world of maintenance and services began as a simple
side hustle during my high school days, clearing snow
and tending to landscapes. Little did I know, this humble
beginning would evolve into a passionate profession and
the foundation of Mitzvah Maintenance.
After graduating from university with a degree in
business, I was armed with a wealth of knowledge and
skills that I eagerly applied to my growing company.
Every lesson learned in the classroom found practical
application in the real world of entrepreneurship.
From financial management to strategic planning, my education became the cornerstone of Mitzvah Maintenance's success.
But our story doesn't end with business aspirations alone. At Mitzvah Maintenance, we're driven by a deeper purpose – to make the world a better place for the Jewish community, especially during these challenging times. The name "Mitzvah Maintenance" embodies our commitment to fulfilling the Jewish principle of "mitzvah," or good deed. In the face of adversity, we believe in the power of giving back and supporting one another.

Meet Josh
Josh joined Mitzvah Maintenance in 2023, bringing with
him not only a degree in entrepreneurship but also a deep
passion for building something meaningful — both in
business and in the Jewish community.

After graduating with a business degree focused on
entrepreneurship, Josh was eager to put his knowledge
into action. Mitzvah Maintenance was the perfect fit: a
growing company with heart, hustle, and a mission that
aligned with his values.
Since coming on board, Josh has helped take the
business to the next level — from streamlining operations to expanding services — all while staying true to what makes Mitzvah Maintenance special: doing good for others.
For Josh, it’s more than just running a business. It’s about being part of something rooted in community, kindness, and Jewish values. Whether it’s coordinating projects,
supporting outreach efforts, or lending a hand wherever needed, he’s proud to help turn every job into a mitzvah.
Meet Bailee
Bailee is the behind-the-scenes engine that keeps Mitzvah
Maintenance running smoothly. From social media and
marketing to client communication and creative direction,
she’s the one making sure our message reaches the
community with heart (and great design).
With a sharp eye for branding and a deep passion for
community work, Bailee helps turn our mission into a
movement. Every video, post, flyer, and campaign is
thoughtfully crafted to reflect the values we stand for —
service, kindness, and a strong connection to Jewish life.
She’s also the one making sure the team stays on track, that our work gets seen, and that our projects get the recognition they deserve (plus a good laugh or two on Instagram).
Bailee doesn’t just showcase the mitzvot — she lives them.
We’re lucky to have her steering the creative side of what we do.
